Our family brunch at the Denver Biscuit Company was a delightful blend of delicious food, good service, and inviting ambiance. The colossal biscuits, a true standout, quickly became our Colorado favorite. The personal touch of the coffee bar, where we could choose our mugs, added a nice familial feel to our morning caffeine fix. "The Lola" with Nashville hot chicken brought a spicy kick that delighted our taste buds, showcasing the kitchen's skill. Despite our full stomachs, the temptation of "The King" dessert lingered for our next visit. The hash browns, crispy and perfect, provided a comforting touch. Throughout our meal, the service was attentive, contributing to the overall positive experience. One of the best spots in Colorado Springs for breakfast, especially if you want biscuits to be involved. They offer both traditional and plant based options so no one has to miss out on biscuits or gravy. The place is usually packed so reserve a spot ahead of time and expect a small wait when you get there. They also have non-breakfast options like a massive pizza, burgers etc. you really just can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our breakfast! The service was great. The food portions were very generous. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. There were 4 of us and we couldn't finish their cinnamon roll. I had never had cheese and shrimp grits before and they were SOOO Tasty. We will be going back

My son suggested Denver Biscuit Company for breakfast and it did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken cordon blue biscuit. I substituted cheddar for the swiss cheese. The biscuits are huge and soft. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy with the right crunch. Their biscuits are served with a side of hash browns. There are a lot of sauce options to complement your biscuit. I enjoyed a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary.

Had breakfast after the balloon fiesta in Colorado Springs Labor Day weekend. It's in downtown Colorado Springs, very trendy, and has a variety of restaurants to choose from. We got there at about 9:30 am I had no waiting to go in and got seated right away. We choose to sit outside on this beautiful day. Everything on the menu looked good on paper, but it's better when you got it. There were 6 of us, and we all got something different. The French Toast biscuit was very good it was big, but perfect if you want a light breakfast. There was a cinnamon bun that was big enough to share with everyone 😋. All the meals are served with a big homemade biscuit. Like your coffee ☕️ a certain way... good cause you're making it yourself. Overall it was a good experience. Go before 10am otherwise you may have to wait just a bit.
